Compliance Policy

Draft — not legal advice. This text is a placeholder pending review by licensed counsel in each operating state.

• License verification: an admin reviews every seller license; verified licenses show a badge.
• Default deny: if there is no enabled rule for a state, or no open shipping lane, the purchase is blocked.
• Per-state switches: purchases, shipping, delivery and pickup are switched on state by state, and can be paused instantly.
• Age & ID: all buyers confirm 21+ and pass ID verification before a live order is accepted.
• Records: order, license and admin actions are written to an audit log.
