Eligibility

Sellers must hold every license their activity requires, upload them for verification, and keep them current. Plant-touching listings are hidden automatically when a relevant license lapses.

Listings

Listings must be accurate, include a current Certificate of Analysis (COA) where required, follow state packaging and labeling rules, and avoid prohibited health claims.

Orders and fulfillment

Sellers only fulfill orders LeafBay's compliance checks allow, verify ID at handoff, and keep chain-of-custody and manifest records.

Fees and payouts

Termination

LeafBay may suspend listings or accounts for license problems, safety concerns, or policy violations.
