1. Who can use LeafBay

You must be 21 or older (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to buy the products you browse. Medical-only products require a valid patient registration where state law demands it.

2. LeafBay is a marketplace

LeafBay connects buyers with independent, licensed sellers. Sellers — not LeafBay — make, sell and ship products, and are responsible for complying with their licenses and state law.

3. Purchases and compliance

Orders are only accepted where the buyer's state, the seller's state, the product category and the fulfillment method are all permitted. We may cancel any order that fails a compliance check, ID check or purchase limit.

4. Your account

Keep your login secure, give accurate information, and don't resell, share or misuse purchases. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

5. Content you post

Reviews, photos, questions and messages must be truthful and must not make medical claims, include personal data of others, or promote illegal activity. You grant LeafBay a license to display what you post.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, LeafBay is not liable for seller products, indirect damages, or losses above the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
