• Usage: first-party analytics events (pages, searches). We do not use third-party advertising pixels.

Why

To run your account, verify age, follow state cannabis laws (including record-keeping), prevent fraud, and improve the marketplace.

Sharing

With the seller you buy from (order details), with service providers that run payments, ID checks, email and hosting, and with regulators when the law requires. We never sell personal data.

Your choices

Retention

We keep order and compliance records for as long as state law requires, then delete or anonymize them.
