Federal

Marijuana remains a controlled substance under federal law. Hemp (under 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight) is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, with state rules on top. Moving cannabis across state lines is federally illegal, so Leaf Bay Market will never ship cannabis interstate.
